All of them attending the Horse Exposition in Palmares, Alajuela on January 21, 2010. FAS was invited to that activity to learn about the Costa Rican horse breeds. Although Peruvian, Iberican and Spanish breeds were also exhibited at the event.
The “Asociacion Civica Palmarena” was established in 1986, with the goal of promoting economic, cultural and social development and fostering domestic or international social and economic problem solving solutions for the community.
